We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy as possible for all our customers.

Pease kindly note that we are unable to deliver to the address that includes PO Box number as we require a signature on delivery. Please provide us an address that is not PO box number to avoid any delay. Thank you. 


Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during Mon-Fri - subject to payment and stock availability.  Please allow 48 hours during weekends/holidays and additional 1-3 days.

If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.

Postage and packing charges are as follows:

FREE shipping on UK orders over £60

FREE shipping on Europe (excluding Italy*) orders over £200

FREE shipping on The Rest Of the World  orders over £250

If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee maybe charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
 

1. UK (2-5 Business Working days) : 48hr tracking service by Royal Mail in the UK is charged at £4 per order.

Over 2kg : £6.50

Next day shipping is available if the order is received by 11am : £7.50

2. Europe

(2-11 Business working days) - Delivery to Europe is charged at £12.00 per order for under 2kg. 

Over 2kg :£26 / Over 3kg : £32

Free Shipping over £200  (If the weight of the parcel is over 2kg, the additional shipping fee applies as above). 

Due to Brexit, our shipping costs to Europe is heavily affected recently. This is now largely due to transportation issues and increasing gas prices across markets and businesses.  

3. International / Worldwide excluding Middle Eastern Countries

(Express International / 2-11 Business working days) - Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £15 per order for order under 2kg.  

Over 2kg -3kg: £26  / Over 3kg : £36

Free Shipping over £250  (If the weight of the parcel is over 2kg, the additional shipping fee applies as above). 

4. Middle Eastern Countries

Oman, Jordan,Yemen, Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates

(Express International / 2-11 Business working days)- Delivery to the above countries is charged at £22.00 per order for order under 2kg.  Over 2-3kg:  £38, Over 3kg: we will contact the customer once the shipping fee is determined depending on the weight/ volume of the parcel.

Only limited shipping carriers are currently operating in Middle Eastern Regions due to COVID-19 and Fedex has increased their shipping rates recently. Therefore we have had to increase the shipping cost to reflect these changes. 

** For USA and Middle East (including UAE) orders: It normally takes 3-6 days to reach USA and 4-7 days for Middle Eastern regions.  Please ensure that you provide your contact number (mobile number) so that you can get a live update from our carrier company. 

** There might be a delay due to the customs process and we are unable to guarantee the timeframe of the delivery. However we offer a guaranteed delivery service with an extra fee, please contact us if you are interested. **

For purchases outside of United Kingdom, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

Please make sure your order is correct.
No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees and in case your order will be destroyed by customs and not returned to our store, it will not be refunded by Greenberry Kids .

Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less £10 to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs. 

Attempted Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. If you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

Please contact us if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.
